Request an Account

Permits a prospective user to request an XFlow account from the login page. The request is submitted to administrators for review, and no account is created until it is approved.
Optional feature, enabled per deployment. When disabled, the Request an XFlow account link is not shown on the login page, and the request page is not available.
Selected via the Request an XFlow account link on the login page.
The acknowledgement message is the same for every submission, so the page cannot be used to discover existing usernames.
Submitted requests are reviewed under Configuration, Account Requests.

Name	Type	Description
First Name	text	First name.
Last Name	text	Last name.
Email	text	Email address.
Phone	text	Phone number (optional).
Organization	text	Organization (optional).
Title	text	Title (optional).
Desired Username	text	Requested username. Must be 3 to 64 alphanumeric characters. No spaces or special characters allowed (except for ‘-’, ‘_’ and ‘.’). Must not start with a period, or contain consecutive periods.
Requested Role	droplist	Requested role (optional): Admin, Super User, User, API, or Guest. The approving administrator assigns the role that is actually granted.
Reason for Access	text	Justification for the request (optional).
